Nebraska Will Not Issue Driver's Licenses to Those Granted Deferred Action

Joining Arizona, Nebraska Governor Dave Heineman just announced that his state will not be issuing driver's licenses to those DREAMers granted deferred action.  What is interesting is that the federal REAL ID Act specifically allows those granted deferred action to obtain a driver's license.  To read more check out this article from the Christian Science Monitor.
